Saved dishes and sharing
Saved dishes use your browser’s local storage on this device. You can remove a favorite by selecting Saved again, or clear saved dishes through your browser’s site-data settings. Favorites are stored on your device. Sharing opens your browser’s sharing options or provides a dish link to copy; the service you choose handles the shared link under its own privacy policy.

When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and arrange your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Reservations and ordering
The OpenTable link opens an external service, which operates under its own privacy policy and terms. Reservation availability will depend on our upcoming opening. For takeout and gift cards, you can contact our team. If an online ordering or gift card provider is available, its service operates under its own privacy policy and terms.
Website inquiries
Online forms are hosted by DineTraction Grow for Origen Downtown. When you submit a form, your contact details, message, answers, and any résumé you choose to upload are stored in our restaurant’s private communication center so authorized team members can respond. The form asks for consent to contact you about that request. This does not enroll you in marketing email or text messages.
Optional analytics and advertising
If enabled for this website, optional tools measure visits and advertising results. They load after you allow the relevant category. You can select Only necessary, allow analytics, or allow analytics and marketing, and change your selection through Privacy choices. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by keeping these tools off.
Grow analytics records anonymous visit identifiers, public page paths, device category and the referring website. It excludes private editor pages and URL query details. Approved tracking providers may process visit information under their own privacy policies. Form conversions are recorded only after a form is successfully saved, without sending your message or contact details to those tracking tools.
Your privacy choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. When analytics is allowed, an anonymous session identifier is held in session storage. Changing or clearing browser site data removes these preferences.
Back-office access
The private website editor uses secure sign-in cookies. Access is limited to the website owner and invited administrators. Uploaded website photos are processed for web display and have embedded camera metadata removed.
